CONSUMER RIGHT
1) Right Of Safety :-
                   According to this right,  consumer have the right to be protected against the marketing of goods and services. Which are harmful to life and property. This right is important for safe and secure life. This right includes concern for consumer's long term interest as well as for the present requirement. Sometime the manufacture defects in pressure cookers and etc cause loss of life, health and property of customers this right to safety protect the consumer from such a harmful good or services
2) Right To Information :-
                  According to this right the consumer has the right to get information about the quality, quantity, purity, standard of price of good and services. So as to protect himsely against the unfair practices, the producer must supply the relevant information at a suitable place
3) Right To Choise :-
               According to this right, every consumer has the right to choose the goods and services of his/her liking. The producer or supplier or retailer should not force the customer to buy a particular brand only consumer should be free to choose the more suitable product from his point of view
4) Right To Be & Right To Representation :-
                    According to this right, the consumer has the right to represent himself. In case, a consumer had been exploited or has any complaint against the product or service, then he has the right to be heard. This right include the right to representation in the govt. And in other policy making bodies under this right, the companies must have complain cell to atleast the complaints of the business
5) Right To Seek Redressal :-
                    According to this right, the consumer have right to get compensation against unfair trade practice or any other exploitation. This right assure justice to consumer against exploitation. The right to redressal includes compensation in the form of money or replacement of goods or repair of defect in the goods as per the satisfaction of consumer. Various redressal forums are set up by the govt. At national level and state level
6) Right To Consumer Education :-
                           According to this right,  it is the right of consumer to acquire the knowledge and skills to be informed to customer. It is easier to letrate consumer to know their rights and take action. But this right assures that illiterate consumer can seek information about the existing acts and agencies are setup for their protection. The govt.  Of India has include the consumer education in the school curriculum and in various university courses govt. Is also consumer awake of their Right and make wise use of their money
7) Right To Basic Need :-
                   According to this right, every citizen has the right to fulfill the basic needs to survive and have degnified living. The basic needs include food, clothing, health, care, drinking water etc there are 2 goods and 6 services included in basic need without the fulfillness of these and needs, it would be impossible for any human being to live in a dignified manner
8) Right To health Environment :-
           According to this right, the consumer and all the citizen have the right to be protected against environmental degradation. This right insist on providing a pollution free, tension free and healthy environment for today's and future generation
