ENTERPRENEURAL SUPPORT SYSTEM :-
# Introduction :-

              A new enterpreneur May not be passes all the quanlities skills required for the successful enterpreneur .he May not be expect in tackling all the problem related to his new enterprise. He May not be able to decide what is right or what is wrong. Therefore an enterpreneur May be given some input training on the following step
- Behavior modification techniques
- Identification of Business opportunity
- Project report preparation
- Financial aspect
- Marketing and advertising
- Legal matter
- Different aspect of management
- sale tax and income tax
# Various Institutions :-
i) District level institutions :-
           DIC
ii) National Level Institutions :-
  NABARD,  SIDBI,  NSC Commercial bank
iii) State Level institution :-
           SISI,  SFC
DIC= District industry centre
NABARD = National bank for agriculture and rural development
SIDBI = Small industries development bank of India
NSCI = National small industries coperation
SFC = State financial co-operation
SISI= Small industry service institutes
# DIC :-
       Each district has a DIC at it's head quarter .the main responsibility of DIC as Co-ordinator or the multi-functional in respect of various govt. Department
* Organisation Set up of DIC:-
- DIC consists of one general manager in the rank of joint director as head
- Four functional manager would be in the area of economic investigation, credits, marketing etc
- Three project manager to provide the technical services in the area relavent to the need of district concerned
* Functional Of DIC:-
1. Identification Of Enterpreneur :-

          DIC develop new enterpreneur by conducting motivational programs through out the district especially in small towns
2. Selection Of Projects :-
                 DIC offers technical advice to the new enterpreneurs for the selection of Project suitable to them
3. Registration under small scale industry :-
              DIC provides provisional and permanent registration to the new enterpreneurs provisional registration is avoiding for the two years in the first instance and there after can be renewed energy years but this removal is limited to only two times
4. Clearance From various Departments:-
                 DIC takes the Initiative to get the clearance for the project from the various department if recomments the applications of SSI units for availing the loans and the working capital facilities to the commercial banks and other finance institutions
5. Assistance to row material supplies :-
        It makes necessary recommendation to the concerned raw material supplies and issue the required certificate for the import of have material
6. Financial Assistance :-
                 It is being provided to the various scheme to the industries eg:- it is provided through prime minister Yoigar Yogna for unemployed growth.
7. Subsidy scheme :-
         DIC assists SSI units in the rural artisons to get the subsidy such as power subsidy. Interest subsidy for the engineers from the institutions
8. EDP (enterpreneur development program ):-
                these programme have been conducted to The DIC to fuel develop these skill in the young enterpreneurs
7. Fairs and Exhibition :-
             DIC have been encouraging the SSI units for the participation in those fairs by providing the facilities for the space for the display of their products to the other world
# National Level Institution :-
- Commercial Bank :-

                 This banks plays an important role in the growth and developement of economy In the general sector and the enter prises sector, the rate of banks in the promotion and the development of business and industries, commercial banks are holding EDP. In the collaboration with specialised institutions such as DIC, SISI,  TCO with a view to identify enterpreneur specially in back Ward area providing the training and monitor them
State Bank of India (SBI):-
           In order to accelerate the development of backward area by monitoring the enterpreneurs the SBI launch EDP's. EDP consists of one month intensive training in the behavior science, management aspect's and the field training etc Bank EDP consists of B phases
1. Initiation phase :-         
          For creating awareness about enterpreneur opportunity
2. Development Phase :-
            It include training programs in developing motivation and manage skill
3. Support phase :-
        It includes councelling of the infrastructure support for establishing and running on enterprise
          SBI launch several scheme of the financial assistance to the small scale industries
# Liberation scheme :-
            Under this scheme SBI extends financial assistance upto the 75% of the project lost in the following step :-
- it provides term loans for the purchase of factory land and the construction of building
- it provide the term loans for acquiring the plants and machinery for renovation modernization etc
- Working capital on the cash credit bases to meet all the production needs
# Enterpreneur Scheme :-
           SBI launch enterpreneur scheme for providing financial assistance to the technically qualified or the trained enterpreneur to the extent of 100% if necessary
# Equity funds scheme :-
             Objective of this scheme is to assist new SSI units in the needs of equity support to the interest free loans on the long term basis
PNB (Punjab national bank):-
                 (i) Bank study the economic viability and the technical physibility of the proposal and help in the preparation of market survey report with the assistance of technique consultance
ii) Bank provide assistance to the enterpreneur in obtaining Various government consents (permission ) required for the industrial project
iii) Bank assists enterpreneurs in raising the finance in the form of debenture (saving boundary ) term loans, payment, guaranties from the financial institutions
iv) The Bank assists in raising foreign exchange resources required for the import of plant and machinery components, raw material etc
NABARD :-
        it was established for providing the credit for the promotion of agriculture, small scale industries, cottages and villages industries and other economic activities in the rural areas
Function Of NABARD :-
               1. It provides short term refinance assists for the periods not exceeding 18 months the state co-operate banks, regional banks and other financial institutions for the wide range of purposes
2. It can grand the medium term loans to the state co-operative banks and the regional rural banks for the periods extending for 18 months to 7 year but under the condition of brought or the other natural clamaties or the other enemy actions
3. It can provide the long term extending uptown the maximum period of 25 year to the regional rural banks or the other financial institutions but that should be approved by reserve bank for giving the loans to SSI, Village and cottage industries
SIDBI -(Small industries development bank of India):-
        The banks have three areas
* To initiate steps for technology upgradation and modernization of exciting units
* To expand the channel for marketing the product of the small scale industries sector (SSI) in domestic and international market
* To promote employment oriented industries especially in the semi-urban area to create more employment opportunity
Function of SIDBI :-
- Direct Assistance :-

           It directly assists SSI under project finance scheme, project finance scheme, equipment finance scheme, marketing scheme and the infrastructure development scheme for technology development and modernization
- Indirect finance scheme :-
             Under this SIDBI provides refinance of loans to the small scale sector by giving the credit in the favour of primary landing institutions Like SFC And SIDC etc
- Promotional and development Activity :-
                 It is actively involve in promoting SSI  by promotion and development activity through special professional agency for organising EDP
- NSIC (National small industries co-operation):-
             The objective is  NSIC is supplying the machinery and equipment to the small enterprise
Function of NSIC:-
  * To develop small scale unit as ancillary unit to the large scale industriea
  * To provide the small scale industries machines on higher purchase bases
  * To assist small industries with marketing facility
* To import and distribute components to actual small scale uses in the specific industries
* To assist a small enterprise to participate in store purchase programme of the central govt
SFC (State financial corporation):-
               These corporation provide medium and long term loan to small and medium scale industries
1. Finance scheme :-
            (composite loan scheme );-
         A composite loan upto the rupee 50,000/- with any margin money is given to artisian in villages and small town involving the utilization of locally available material and material resources
2. Scheme for Technical enterpreneur:-
           The infrastructure development scheme for technology development and modernization
* Tiny unit scheme :-
            A grant of assistance to tiny units which acquire plant and machinery upto the value of rs. 2 lakh at a margin 20%
* Scheme for physical handicap with a margin memory of 20%
* Scheme for Relocation of industries household industry :-
            There is also a capital subsidy scheme to the specific industry
